History

Barangay Sabangan was once a sitio of Mother Barangay Tubli.This was separated September 28,1985 thru the proposal of late Mun. Councilor Valentine Rubio also from Barangay Sabangan,but same Fiesta Celebration on Tubli. It was the Time of Late Punong Barangay Geronimo Dela Cruz when first fiesta celebration being done on the date of May 1-3, 1992 until now. A total land area of more than 2650 hectares, a coastal area along maquida channel. Main source of products as acost of living are fishing, agriculture,abaca,copra and a commercial stablishment . Mode of tranfortation is merely light as being along the Provincial road is it possable to go anywhere else by using any kinds of transfort vehicle.
