History
The Barangay Panique is located in the North Western Coast of Caramoran, Catanduanes. It is about ten kilometers from the Poblacion, it is surrounded with mountains, it has a good harbor safe for seacrafts during typhoon, this place was known for its wildness, it was a virgin forest and a habitat of wild animals, but what was prominent in this place was the presence of thousands and thousands of wild bats.These wild bats are locally called "Panique" many people from different villages and barrios came to hunt this wild bats "Panique" is the real name of this place became famous most especially to the hunters they caught those wild birds.
