Create design programs/activities and implemet policies, strategies to reach the needed goals for the common goods. To improve public service and inspires people to participate towards enhanced productivity and generate opportunities for the promotion of quality life of the people of Tarusanan.

Goal

To continue, determination to work, not merely to survive, but to eradicate poverty in our community. To maintain peace and order in the barangay, lessen the number of children who are not studying. To conduct additional programs which will enhance the residents to participate in order for them to have an additional income for the family. To adopt the other programs from the Municipal Health Center which are not available in the barangay.

History

According to the eldest, the name of the barangay was came from the word "tarus" that means wet/(basa). This is because of its topography being low land among all barangays of the municipality.
