Mission

The barangay San Miguel through seminar, training and study will make and provide the widest possible range of local resources to improve social and political economic living condition of the residents in implementing livelihood agricultural productivity programs with the supervision of barangay officials of all members involved therein. Provide community basic services to meet their needs. In this way, we can encourage the people to participate activity in different programs and an activity thereby contributes to each and every one to be useful in the community.

History

On 1887 was discovered of Bagumbayan, Sitio of Maylawud. The Bagumbayan was known before the World War II during that time Bagumbayan coat of soldiers passing thru the river and it was surrounded by the different trees and grasses. After the world war Bagumbayan was inhibited by race, and it was discover the barangay was a part of Maylawud as to become “ Milaor”, and the Bagumbayan was given his Patron San Miguel Archangel.
On 1903 Bagumbayan was change a new name it is “San Miguel” since the Saint is San Miguel Archangel.
