Vision

Kami sa pangunguna ng aming mga halal na pinuno, ay sama-samang magpapatupad ng mga programa, proyekto at mga gawain na magsusulong sa antas ng kabuhayan ng aming pamayanan, mangangalaga sa kagalingan at kalusugan ng bawat isa, kikilala at magtitiyak upang ang aming kapaligiran ay magiging karapat-dapat sa susunod na salin-lahi at ang bawat isa sa amin ay magiging gabay upang maitayo ang isang komunidad na may paggalang sa kapwa at pananalig sa Diyos.

History

Bagacay is a small Barrio in Bulusan, about eight (8) km away from the town proper and located just beside Barangay Buhang (San Vicente), considered the mother Barrio of both Bgy Bagacay and Sta Barbara. This Barrio was created in 1961 upon initiative of the town's incumbent official during that time. It is composed of the sitios of Balogo, Bical, Olag and part of Bangate. Bagacay was named after a certain kind of Bamboo called BAGACAY, considered abundant in the Barrio especially during the early years.

The formal education in this Barrio begin in 1953 after a prominent man the late Municipal Councilor Julio Freo donated a piece of land to be use as a school site. The same site is now the home of the Bagacay Elementary School.
